The Village Welcome Ray White Real Estate!

IMG_1327The Village Whatawhata, have added another service to their growing community.

The growth is thanks to the commitment of Dave and Julie Hanna, of Ray White Raglan, who have opened a new office in Whatawhata.

Having decided to add additional real estate options for their customer base, Whatawhata’s growing development and increasing popularity, (for so many reasons; including primary school, locality to the city, and spectacular views), was a logical location to set up shop.

Currently working out of The Village Farm Shop space, while they are closed for their winter Break, Ray White will have their own space onsite at The Village by September, when The Farm Shop re-opens.

The addition of Ray White to The Village is a much welcomed one. The vision of The Village owner, Genevieve Rorke, was that it would be home to several different services for locals, and that is really starting to be realised.
