Ray White Real Estate

The Village Whatawhata, have added another service to their growing community.

The growth is thanks to the committment of Dave and Julie Hanna, of Ray White Raglan, who have opened a new office in Whatawhata.

Having decided to add additional real estate options for their customer base, Whatawhata’s growing development and increasing popularity, (for so many reasons; including primary school, locality to the city, and spectacular views), was a logical location to set up shop.

Ray White is currently located in the cabin closest to The Village Boutique.

K9’s & Coffee

img_0460The Village Farm Shop along with 4UR Paws, Woofas Doggone Delights and Kool K9 training Ltd would like to invite you and your dog out for a coffee at The Village Cafe.

Shinneal and Megan will be available to help you chose the best treats and accessories for your pooch.

It’ll be a great chance to meet other dog owners, swap ideas on training, and talk behaviour with Joanne, all while enjoying the atmosphere of The Village.

As per council regulations all dogs must be on a lead. And we don’t want any dogs left htied up alone, this is a day for you and your pooch to hang together!

The Village Welcome Ray White Real Estate!

Currently working out of The Village Farm Shop space, while they are closed for their winter Break, Ray White will have their own space onsite at The Village by September, when The Farm Shop re-opens.

The addition of Ray White to The Village is a much welcomed one. The vision of The Village owner, Genevieve Rorke, was that it would be home to several different services for locals, and that is really starting to be realised.
